How high are the returns?
At the beginning, yields were between 4.8 % and 5.6 % per month. Currently:
June 24: 5.15 % July 24: 5.01 % August: 5.09 % Sept.24: 5.10 % Oct. 24: 5.08 % Nov. 24: 5.07 % Dec. 24: 4.91 % Jan. 25: 5.03 % Feb. 25: 5.02 % March 25: 5.11 % April 25: 5.05 % May 25: 5.04 %
We aim for a return that is always between 4 to 6 per cent per calendar month.
Is there an account statement?
Yes, we send out an account statement every month between the first and the tenth. This shows the return and the credit balance. You will also receive a notification of each deposit within 48 hours.
From July 25, you will also be able to view your account online
What are the terms?
- There is only a minimum term of 60 days for deposits
- Reinvestment or monthly payout of returns possible
- Up to 2 accounts from the same applicant are accepted
- From 60 days - can be cancelled at any time (payout max. 1 week)
What are the costs?
There are no costs for deposits and withdrawals with Cash in PHP or USD, Bitcoin / Litecoin and USDT / USDC, for Bank-deposits we always credit 97% of the payment to the account and also transfer 97% for withdrawals, GCash is possible too till limit reached (1% fee).
Deposits and withdrawals in cryptocurrencies from own wallets are always free of charge, from Exchanges (like Binance or coin.ph) we credit 97% to the account. We currently also accept Bitcoin, Litecoin (LTC) and USDT BEP20 and Trc20 (Binance Smart Chain & Tron)
Are there deposit limits?
To start depositing, we accept amounts between 15.000 PHP and 1.500.000 PHP. By bank transfer up to PHP 50.000 per week.
By crypto up to PHP 1.500.000 (Bitcoin, Litecoin, USDT and USDC)
A deposit of PHP 15.000 to PHP 1.500.000 in cash is also possible.
Why is there a limit?
The reason for the investment limit is that we want to gradually build up the business in the offline area and do not want to store any capital unused in accounts. The deposit in crypto is converted into PHP at the daily exchange rate. When the money is paid out, the repayment is made in PHP and the cryptocurrency is converted at the daily exchange rate.
Do I have to wait 2 months?
Only the Deposit is 'reserved' for 60 days after the deposit. You can withdraw the return after just one month. With a payout order, the payout is made within 7 days
Please note that at least 15.000 pesos must remain in the account, otherwise we will pay out smaller accounts in full.
A partial payout of the balance is also possible.
What do we invest in?
We invest both online and offline in the following areas:
Online: Masternodes / Defi (decentralised finance) / Staking of coins / Investment in highly undervalued coins from the top 100 ranking. Seven own professional online traders with low risk (last 6 months over 7.5 % monthly), never a week with a loss! Online arbitrage trading, from March 2024
Fully automated crypto arbitrage trading, stake up to 1 % of the capital, strengthens the diversification of the portfolio. Returns of over 10 % per month are common here.
Trading: Trading with crypto to bank and to online payment service provider (from July 2023) Here the deposit always remains at 100%. Returns of between 4% and 8% per month on the deposited capital. Offline: Lending against collateral to local small businesses.
Loans for the purchase of goods for local traders, whereby we also know what the capital is used for. Returns of between 4% and 6% per month.
